Join us this January 16-21, 2023 as we serve the community with several agencies for MLK Week of Service! Respond to this opportunity to serve with CCE's partner, Partners in Ministry to mentor the youth of Scotland County on January 20, 2023 from 2:30PM-6:30PM.
Day/Time: January 20, 2023, 2:30PM-6:30PM (Not including drive time.)
Address: 12 3rd St, Laurinburg, NC 28352
Project: Mentor the youth through conversations and fun activities.
Transportation: Limited Transportation Provided (8 Spots) Transportation is given to first 8 students who respond on UNCP Serve. Those who would like to drive separately may meet the group at the location listed above. Van will pick students up in parking lot in front of UC Annex 30 minutes before specified start time and drop students off at same location approximately 30 minutes after specified end time.

Who is Partner in Ministry?
Partners in Ministry is a United Methodist-affiliated organization that works with the low-income communities of Scotland, Richmond, and Robeson Counties. They encourage children and youth to embrace their potential and grow their vision of their possible futures through engagement with STEM programming and curriculum, community service, on the job training, and counseling services.
