Volunteers will help our new braves move into their nests. Please review the time commitments needed from each volunteer before responding. Volunteers can move-in to an on-campus residence hall early, just be sure to complete the listed questions after you respond to volunteer.
Time Commitments:
Friday, August 9
2 - 4 pm :: Early Move-In (YOU MUST BE LISTED AND CONFIRMED TO MOVE-IN EARLY. Please contact cynthia.redfearn@uncp.edu if you are unsure. Volunteers that move-in early and do not volunteer maybe fined one nights stay.)
Saturday, August 10
10:30 a.m. :: Volunteer Meeting & Lunch (MANDATORY). Volunteers with meal plans should swipe in, volunteers without a meal plan will be covered by Housing & Residence Life. Here you'll learn your hall assignment, meet your Location Team captain and volunteer coordinator, review the 2019 move-in process, and pick up your Move-in Team shirt and name badge.
11:30am :: Volunteers arrive at their assigned halls dressed (shirt and name tag) and ready. Move-in Teams organized and waiting.
3pm :: Second Shift ends for volunteers
