Things have been busy as we are right around the corner from our annual community and campus event, Pembroke Day. Pembroke Day is entering its 28th year and we need YOUR help! We are looking for people interested to come out and help set up for Pembroke Day and help out with various task throughout the event.
Each shifts are as following, please note some shifts do overlap.
7-9 a.m. – Setup on the Quad (wiping tables and assisting with signage, etc.) – 5 volunteers needed
8:30-10:30 a.m. – Runners (show vendors to their tables) – 6 volunteers needed
10 a.m.-noon – manage stage/entertainment – 1 volunteer needed
Noon-2 p.m. – manage stage/entertainment – 1 volunteer needed
11:15 a.m.-12:30 p.m. – lunch line (stamp hands for lunch) – 4 volunteers needed
12:30-1:30 p.m. – lunch line (stamp hands for lunch) – 4 volunteers needed
2 p.m.-until – breakdown – 4 volunteers needed
