Volunteers will assist with various guest-service roles throughout the event, helping attendees navigate the space and participate in activities.
Volunteer responsibilities may include:
- Ushers: Help guests find their seats, navigate the event space, and provide general assistance as needed.
- Certificate Distribution: Assist with handing out certificates to participants or honorees during the event.
- Door Greeters: Welcome guests as they arrive, provide basic event information, and direct attendees to the appropriate areas.
- Photo Station Monitors: Monitor designated photo stations, help keep the area organized, and assist guests with using the station when needed.
Dress Code: Professional attire is required. Volunteers should dress appropriately for a formal event and present a polished, welcoming appearance.
