How effective is the prime directive? And if applied in the real world, would the prime directive be effective? The Prime Directive is a law in the Star Trek universe mandating that the Starfleet may not interfere in the normal development of any society. We see examples of this today through globalism. During this session, we will look into these examples, examine after effects and explore the effectiveness of such a law like the prime directive.
