Through the utilization of the True Colors Test, a framework that identifies different leadership styles and personality types in individuals, the presenter will take participants on a mission to "find their nation" (their personal style of leading). In this Avatar: The Last Airbender themed presentation, participants will go through four of the True Colors test to gain a deeper understanding of what each color represents then have the opportunity to take the quiz for themselves. Participants will be able to reflect on their estimated position on the True Colors Chart and reflect on ideas learned through this presentation.
This session will be taking place in UC 208, and is part of the JusticeCon event.
