This is the annual Lumberton event, Rumba on the Lumber. We need volunteers to help set up barricades, provide traffic control, direct vendors to their assigned spaces, help with registration/packet pickup, and direct/cheer participants on the race course.
Volunteers can park and meet at the Robeson County Courthouse parking lot. It's recommended to bring a sports chair, just in case.
All volunteers will receive a volunteer t-shirt and free entry to the Chili Roundup Chili Cookoff as a token of our appreciation! (Entry includes all you can eat chili samples and 2 free beverages. Must be 21 or over for the alcohol beverages.)
