Who We Are
(Actively Building Learning Environments), a non-profit community organization based out of Red Springs, NC.
What We Do
We have identified common problems that exist in small rural communities in North Carolina and will concentrate our efforts on these obstacles: High Drop out rates, lack of technical resources, vacant homes, high crime rates and violence. Our focus areas will be neighborhood revitalization, youth mentoring, apprenticeship, technical & social skill development. Each year we host a Spring festival, Christmas festival and also a Summer enrichment camp for the youth in the surrounding communities.
