Scotland County Parks and Recreation Department strives to provide essential services, facilities, and programs necessary for positive development and well-being through the usage of our athletic facilities, recreation centers, trails and other recreational outlets while working in cooperation with additional service providers throughout Scotland County in order to maximize the quality of life to every individual who desires to utilize our services.
