College students can volunteer at career fairs by assisting with setup/teardown, greeting employers, guiding attendees, acting as ambassadors, or managing check-in desks. Volunteering offers prime, behind-the-scenes access to recruiters, allowing students to network early, gain industry insights, and build professional skills.
