Lumber River has adopted a highway and we are looking for volunteer students to utilize in the project.
The volunteer will have the opportunity to clean litter on two miles of Hwy 711 - Pine Log Road to Caton Road. The proposed date and time will be Friday, November 5, 2021, from 9:30, am - 11:30 am, we will meet at 415 Country Club Road Lumberton, NC 28360. All volunteers will be provided with the necessary materials to complete the task. We ask that they wear comfortable clothing with closed-toe shoes.
