    September 11th, 2001, is a day that forever changed our nation. As we remember the lives lost and the heroism displayed, we also honor the spirit of unity and service that emerged in the aftermath. This 9/11 Day of Service is your chance to be an active citizen, contributing to our community and keeping that spirit alive. Your participation not only honors the past but also builds a better future. Join us in making a difference.

    Volunteers will have the opportunity to wash fire trucks, help with fire hydrant maintenance (checking the functioning of the hydrants and painting the hydrants) and helping elsewhere as needed by the partner. Wear clothing that you do not mind getting messy.
