Description

Volunteer with Brave Foundations!

Brave Foundations is an adult life skill program hosted by the Office for Community and Civic Engagement. The program focuses on the areas of financial literacy, career readiness, wellness, and health. Volunteers and Student Service Leaders lead sessions focused on improving the overall wellbeing and independence of our local community.

We are searching for dedicated volunteer with interests in hosting consultations and creating a sense of community. Volunteers can also facilitate discussions based on their knowledge and passions.

Sessions are hosted at the UNCP Entrepreneurship Hub. Transportation is not provided.

Sessions are held once a month and consultations are held the following week. Consultations are held at Wellons Hall, Suite G.

This is an ongoing opportunity for students who want an opportunity to commit and change lives through one-on-one engagement.

Training Sessions will be held during the month of March for interested Volunteers.

Contact Dennay Brewton at dmb033@bravemail.uncp.edu for more information.
