All volunteers must be pre-registered through UNCP Serve and should check in at the volunteer table on the day of the event.
Setup and Registration Shift (15 volunteers)
A.) 8:00 am 10:00 am
B.) 10:00 -12:00 pm
Logistics, runners, and hospitality room Shifts (8-10 volunteers per shift)
C.) 11:00 am-1:30 pm
D.) 1:30 pm-3:00 pm
E.) 3:00 pm-6:00 pm
Cleanup Shift (10 volunteers max)
F.) 6:00 pm-8:00 pm
