The Housing Authority of The City of Lumberton is proud to announce the first Annual Trunk or Treat. The trunk or treat will be drive through and open to HACL Residents and local communities. We are searching for more partners to help us make this event successful. We are looking for sponsors and organizations to help with the candy distribution.
