What We Do
The Robeson County Career Center is a vocational high school that supports interested, career focused students from each of the public high schools in Robeson County by preparing them for entrance, advancement and further education in selected career areas. We prepare students to be College and Career Ready for the 21st Century. We have an active Skills USA chapter which is a career and technical student organization. We have an active chapter of National Technical Honor Society as well. Our students receive instruction in trade and industrial education courses which include:ADOBE Visual Design, ADOBE Digital Design, Drafting I, Drafting II Architectural, Drafting II Engineering, Networking Engineering I Honors, Network Engineering II Honors, Computer Engineering I, Project Management, Public Safety I, EMT I, EMT II, Electrical Trades I, Electrical Trades II, Core and Sustainable Construction, Masonry I, Masonry II, Welding I, Welding II, Intro to Automotive Service, Automotive Service I, Automotive Service II, Automotive Service III, Carpentry I, Carpentry II, Metals Manufacturing I, Metals Manufacturing II, Plumbing I, Plumbing II, Career and Technical Education Advanced Studies. Students participate in various career development activities such as job shadowing, internships, industry visits, and CTSO competitions.
