Liberty Hospice

Our focus is giving the best quality of life possible for Hospice patients. Nurses and aides attend to patients medical needs where as the psychosocial team (Social Worker, Chaplain, Bereavement Coordinator, and Volunteer) tends to patients emotional, spiritual, and mental needs. Volunteers are able to read to the patient, play interactive games, engage patient in life review, and many more.

At Liberty Hospice, our approach to care is holistic. We provide care and comfort for the whole person - mind, body, and spirit. Despite perception, hospice care is about living.
