What We Do
Parents As Teachers (PAT) is a nationally affiliated, respected family education and support program that believes that the parent is the child’s first and most important teacher and that all children are born to learn.
PAT vision: All parents will be their child’s best first teachers. This is a voluntary and free service open to all children between the ages of birth to 5 residing in Robeson County. Services are provided to both English and Spanish speaking families.
The PAT program is funded by Smart Start. Smart Start funds are administered at the local level through the Robeson County Partnership for Children.
