We provide opportunities for college students to recognize their civic potential and take initiative to develop it. Students enrich and enhance their education experience through active, engaged service.

Our Purpose:  Provide resources and develop opportunities for UNCP students to experience and gain knowledge of social, political, and economic issues and engage communities, both local and global.

Our Vision:  Leadership, Learning & Community strives to develop an understanding of social responsibility and civic engagement competency for our campus and community.

Leadership, Learning & Community is a department of the Division of Student Affairs that supports the university mission to develop "responsible citizenship" through education opportunities and provide "service" to our neighboring communities.
