Who We Are
About WOMAN of UNCP
WOMAN of UNCP was created in 2019. The founding board consists of Jasmine Bose, Chantel Lunn, Josefa Gonzalez, Jazmyne Davis, Terra Harrison, and Ja’Elle Ross. The WOMAN 501c3 organization at UNCP is special due to the small size and also minority population. UNCP, is the second college campus incorporated.
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower, enrich, and encourage all minority women to be strong mentally, physically, and emotionally. We do this through our three principles through sisterhood, service and self-worth.
Our Vision
Develop and fund a resource center that acts as a pillar in the triangle for women in need of mentorship, career resources, college prep, after school programs, music and art programs, and also recreational sports team.
We believe all women can embrace who they are, can define their future, and can change the world.

What We Do
We prepare girls ages 9-18 for college and career excellence. Along with promoting self-worth as a necessity through the journey of womanhood. We inspire to fulfill Sisterhood, Self-Worth, and Service.
